Hello 8th Grade Families,

Today we read more from The Outsiders. While reading we came across Robert Frost's poem, Nothing Gold Can Stay. The 8th graders and I analyzed the poem and broke down its meaning. We came to the conclusion that the poem was a metaphor for life and it's main message: Nothing Gold Can Stay really meant that nothing good can last forever.
